On this first day of the year that will find us saving Planet Earth, ending the war on Gaza, and sending Trump to prison, I reflect on both the mistakes made in 2023 and the jubilant progress we will make in 2024 as I stare into a pint of leftover Guinness from last night, and the figgy pudding I just made for all of you.
