Dear Nobel Peace Prize Organization,

I am writing to express my grave concern regarding the potential consideration of former President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. Given his involvement in attempting to overthrow the United States government and his numerous indictments for various crimes, awarding him such a prestigious honor would severely undermine the credibility of your organization.

I urge you to reconsider any nomination of Mr. Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Awarding Trump this prize would not only tarnish the reputation of the prize itself but also diminish the integrity and values it represents. Awarding someone with such a controversial and problematic background would be a disservice to the principles of peace and justice that the Nobel Peace Prize stands for.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I wish many, many people would give advise to Biden to send the weapons conditionally to Israel by created a cease fire and rescuing the hostages or not send them at all! I am a secular Jew and it's wrong what he is doing as it is creating more anti-semitism and we don't need that! I have experienced Anti-Semitism and it is not fun at all!

I signed a petition and added a note expressing my shock and horror that our tax dollars are being used to carry out genocide. I said no “ally” was worth participating in such an immoral act. This is not how peace comes about. That money could better have been used to give Gaza the necessary food, housing, healthcare, etc. this is the way to peace. Where are his advisors?

I disagree that the killing in Gaza is purely Biden's responsibility. He supported Israel but has supported help for the Palestinians. Are you aware of how vulnerable Israel is as a country of 9milliin surrounded by large expanses of Arabic land filled with 450 million Arab peoples. What Hamas did on 10/7/23 was psychopathic indicating no real ability to negotiate with Israel. Not that it was ok but the Allies killed 300000 civilians alone in Berlin to get the Nazis hiding in bunkers. Hanasis a real danger to the world if left unchecked. That is why the US has so much racism and kived thru the Jim Crow laws as we let all the confederate leaders to just return home. Hamas is funded in a line ftom Hezbollah, Iran and finally it serms Putin. How do you purpose to handle what Hamas did and how their goal is to kill all the Jews ultimately? Unfortunately Palestine was created by the British then collapsed by them. The British set up the State of Israel with the Palestinians given land in areas but no state. How can all of this hang on Biden when all of this is much more complicated? I usually agree with most of what you say but you are cutting off your nose to spite your face by blaming Biden for the killings in Gaza. It is too simplistic. You are feeding into MAGA hands and Hamas hands.

While we’re in year nine of Trump let’s not forget why we have Joe Biden as POTUS. Secondly let’s not forget the conspiracy of Mayor Pete, Senator Klobashar to pull out of the primaries and Clyburn’s endorsement for Biden. This desperate move was in reaction to Bernie Sanders’ movement. What we have now is a bandaid against the Fascists. What we need is Bernie and his unwavering determination to teach us about a true democracy.

Mike, I agree with you about Gaza and the possibility of Biden losing the election, but if he does get really tough he loses Wall Street. What a dilemma! Pat in NJ

I want to thank those of you who liked my statement. I can understand how Hamas took over as the Palestinians had no state and no government. The Palestinians felt they needed protection and perhaps order. It would be like having the Mafia takeover an area or what the Confederacy did to the South before and after the civil war. They promised some protection and rules for the White establishment. Biden was just supporting Israel after the atrocities by Hamas. No one knew the extent of Hamas' development in Gaza. I think blanketly blaming Biden in tge medua with one line statements is similar to how Trump infiltrates people's minds with his repeated one liners. We need to stand behind Biden to preserve our democracy, not blindly but with careful thought. We need to also not get pulled into the agist rhetoric that is too prevalent in the US. That is a weapon for the GOP yet they dont see the thinking problems that have been so obvious in the speeches of Trump. I read a transcript by the NYT when he was first elected January 2017.Psychologists are talk to analyze writing of subjects and a transcript of speech is very similar. His thoughts were quite disconnected as were his ideas. Read it for yourself. Thank you for reading this and responding.

I'm a liberal democrat!! Michael Moore, you need to read Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger's work. I see that the CIA/Bankers/Warmongers/Military have taken over the democrat party. Why can't you see that?

President Biden - what IS wrong with you? I agree with Michael Moore so strongly on this-- he is so right about what so many are feeling about the horror show in Gaza.. it may end up costing you the election!

Please condition US aid on stopping this tragedy that is going on-- Bernie Sanders is right on this as well........ It's not like the US doesn't have any carrots and sticks here that we could use-- what is going on??

So Glad to Hear Your Voice Again, Michael!!!!!

Maybe, just maybe, we don't have access to the intelligence necessary to second-guess Biden? But by all means, burn America down over a single issue you think you know everything about. Where else have I seen such hubris? Across the isle - finally, a "both sides" that works.

I don’t disagree with most if what you say here but i find it strange how not once did i hear anything about the hostages that were taken or continued to be held. Again nothing is ever gonna change as long as Hamas and Netanyahu are players here.
