What the American people need is concrete proof that both parties have sold them out.

Go to my Substack for a free digital copy of my book: The Illusion of Justice. It proves that the federal government is an ongoing criminal enterprise and that both parties have been conspiring together to subvert the rule of law--conspiring together to commit treason.

You have repeatedly suggested that the 2 governing powers in the US are to some degree in lockstep . The difference might simply be to what degree ? I have not taken you up on your free offer of The Illusion of Justice . However I am getting close.

Watching what is to my mind the steady irreversible descent of your “American Empire” with virtually no real pushback to date of note by the Democrats —what other conclusion can a thinking person draw .? It seems to me that the only real gut driven dissent is coming from 83 year old Bernie and AOC. THEY are trying to wake the country up ,they are organizing rallies and town halls . They are doing what the Democrats are not . Why ?

SIGNALGATE” ? This is a very scary situation is it not ? Does it not deserve to be dealt with in an aggressive unrelenting manner by the Democrats who are after all ,the opposing party? Or is tsk tsk ad nauseam the best they will offer while 18 of Trump’s top choices lie to Congress and jeopardize the national security of the country. What more will it take before they show their fangs ? And if they continue their passive posture one can only presume that they don’t really want to rock the Republican boat . Not really.

Food for thought folks .

BTW ; April 5 is the day to get out wherever you are and protest . Find your local demonstration and show up ….or shut up . There is strength in numbers .The clock is ticking

My book starts out with documented proof of widespread systemic corruption in the federal judicial system. I blame the corruption on the Federalist Society.

The six so-called conservative justices on the Supreme Court, all the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Mitch McConnell, Jeff Sessions, William Barr, and John Bolton are all card carrying members of the Federalist Society.

I didn't know the Democrats were in on it until I tried to give them proof of judicial misconduct by Amy Coney Barrett at her Supreme Court confirmation hearing. Only a co-conspirator would ignore the political opponent's corruption.

You should read my book--the corruption is jaw-dropping. If you're short on time, read my Substack introduction letter and Judge Posner's amicus brief first.

I have proof of treason. You can assume they were were bribed to commit treason, but it really doesn't matter. Treason is clearly grounds for impeachment.

Oh you think AOC will be president some day also? She came to Boulder in 2019 and I told my daughter afterwards - that young lady will be president some day. I hope I live to see the day.

And by the way I also got a front row seat to your Broadway show Michael. You inspire me to keep going. But despite your documentary Bowling for Columbine, we've had more mass shootings in Colorado, including one in our King Soopers grocery store 4 years ago. The only silver lining of these events is that Colorado has gone solid blue...we are sick and tired of gun violence. And that's why we showed up for Bernie and AOC this last week!

We need a Paul Revere to yell, "The Fascists are coming! The Fascists are coming!"

... Don't bother, they're here. So are the clowns.

Now what? I wish I had a crystal ball. Or a Billy Crystal. Or a Conan... Hmm, will he be Bach? I'll settle for more string quartets playing "All you Fascists Bound to Lose."

We need more than a voice crying in the wilderness. We need a ROAR.

America belongs to all of us. This land does not belong to Elonald J. Truskolini.

Neither does Mars, but all those clowns can all jump on a penis-shaped rocket and go there any time they want. Buh bye.

You're right, but I think you should avoid certain graphic words. The rocket shape is not the point. America does belong to all of us, and certainly not to the Tusk. Both of those guys will end up very sadly, I don't know when and I don't know how, but they will.

Oh, gosh, I wish people would stop calling them clowns. I'm doing a clown jam every month, and it's changed my life for the better. It's an art form and philosophy: The loser is the winner, the bigger the mistake the better--these are the ideas and actions on stage that help me release my inner child, who feels more excitement, love, and everything in life more honestly and fully.

Could we find another moniker? Thank you.

The fictional President was Bush, he was chosen by a team of lawyers:John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett were summoned to FL

to makes the case in a close election. But they were behind the scenes, then.

The presidential contest was Bush v. Gore. A year or so later investigative reporters combed through the data and announced that Gore won.

Where would we be if Gore had won?

Probably we wouldn't have had the Iraq War or the war on Afghanistan. That would've saved a great many lives--Iraqi, Afghani and American. And likely the environment would've won big.

God I hope you are right. This Canadian is sick of the mango musollini and Melvin Musk drama. Just had a flash... we need another documentary on how Musk rigged the elections for Donald Trump so both could avoid criminal and procedural prosecutions of their crimes!

Thank you for your amazing work.

Thank you for hope, Michael. I’m a Michigander, and so proud you’re one of us.

I lived through the assignations of JFK, BOBBY K, MLK, and the bridge at Selma and the senseless VIETNAM WAR. . We thought the late 60’s would be the end of our democracy. But we fought hard. Got civil rights passed. Legalized abortion. Women rights were front and center. And got out of Vietnam - awkwardly, embarrassingly, cruelly.

There’s nothing new here. We’ve been down this path. But we must fight to secure our freedom . Bernie (amazing 80 yo that he is) and AOC are a start. Let’s DO SOMETHING, even if our lazy ass congessspeople stay hidden under their desks. A malignant narcissist, our potus ignoramus, is afraid of one thing more than anything else: that he won’t have loyal subjects. Let’s get out there and show him all the unloyal subjects we can and ruin this sicko and his sidekick.

We love how you are always in the fight on the right side for Peace and Justice. With all the craziness going on in Gaza and the West Bank and the ongoing attempts to end free speech in the USA I can hope that you are making a film on this.

You were right, Mike. I applaud you for speaking truth to power, then and now, and for inviting your fellow nominees to share the stage with you--a very generous, kind gesture. So Harvey Weinstein did one good deed--he protected you. He had nothing to do with your success, but he must have known you were right.

This reminds me of the Oscar victory for "No Other Land," the documentary. I haven't had a chance to see it yet, but I will, of course. I love the Palestinian people and I cry for them. You know, the truth has a way of winning when we need it most.
