Thank you, Michael. I don’t anticipate such an obituary....but it was a stark reminder of what we are all facing, we The People. How will Magats living on Social Security manage after their “heroes” dismantle the most important social net ,that WE PAID FOR, in our history? I am mystified at the level of unconsciousness.

I did something today I've never done. I filled out my mail-in ballot and semi-intelligently voted for judges with my phone by my side, looking up each one as needed. Usually, I'd vote for the main tickets and skip the judges because who cares? Well, it turns out that judges are in positions of great power in the US, and we have to pay attention to EVERYTHING now. As MM said yesterday, vote local, win national! But, for all the gods' sake, VOTE, while we still can!

... and free coke to all members of the fist family, and free hookers to all members of Club For Growth and also to Fukkus on The Family, and a government-sponsored free Money Printing Press to all members of the Burnie Madoff Memorial Foundation. Trump relocated his embassy to Jerusalem in 2017. In 2025, his Chief of His Staff, Barron Trump, and his wife Barren Trump, will announce the moving of the US White House to West Palm Beach, Florida. The Supreme Court will not intervene, having lived in exile in Greenland since Trump announced it would buy that continent from the Danes with a loan from Putin. US Secretary of State Chlamydia Trump confirmed that funds would be redirected from Social Security for loan collateral, from her Office in Foggy Bottom. "We would need living space", "Lebensraum" according to her spokesman and loudspeaker, Rogered Stoned, using the Future Imperfect Tense. "If they don't sell it to us, then we'll nuke Copenhagen", Secretary of War Michael Flynn was reported to have said. He added "So Sue Me, Bro!"

There is cause for abruptness

A need to consider

Like a movie with an unresolved ending... WE write the ending.

WE are responsible for the conclusion.

Only it's not a movie.

There are no 'do overs' to this plot.

No retakes...There is a lot at stake.

I remember a pre-2016 election James Carville talking to a group of students about "after the election," when Trump won, to throw a scare into them. It was horrifying, but little did we know how horrifying it would really get. I hope this time America is awake to the danger.

Are we the prequel to 'The Handmaid's Tale'? Only way to prevent it is to VOTE! And to have the DOJ grow a spine and indict Trump. The best way to kill a snake is to take off its head.

I’d give this a C- if you didn’t have covid! It’s a good start but you held way too much back. For example we are about to experience a complete overload of our healthcare system and our senior care facilities. Baby boomers are retiring in droves. The might get some assistance from their kids, unless they spawned entitled Millenials and Gen X ers too busy to help them. We all to aspire to retire and linger as long as possible enjoying our golden years in posh senior housing with concierge medical experts at out beck and call. But demand is already overwhelming medical personnel and facility capacity. There will be treatment rationing, whether by age, wealth, race, social strata and position or influence. The parasitic monster who clung to the underbelly of the system like a monstrous remora sucked up the cash that should have gone into getting ready for a glut of boomers circling the drain. Too bad it went into their pockets and portfolios instead. Got cancer? MS? Heart problems? Parkinsons? alzheimers? My prophecy says you can put your head betweem you legs and kiss your ass goodbye. If you are lucky! I have parkinsons and am married to a partner of the same sex. If the GOap carries thru on the dirty tricks they’ve been planning and they take the house in 22 and all three branches in 2024. I expect to breathe my last in a reeducation camp praying for death to rescue me from the murderously righteous thugs of the Xistian-Taliban who wikl be hellbent on purging every heretical gifted LGBTQAI person and torturing us straight or voiding our bodily autonomy and scarfing up our organs.

Democracy's obituary WILL be written on November 8th, in spite of all the well written Tsunami's of Truth put out by Michael Moore. Why? The Apathy and Pointlesness of the Democratic Party.

The Republicans are constantly feeding into the hates and prejudices of their constituents, making them active, united, and strong in their beliefs. Humans eat that up now. We are no longer a species that cares about each other. We only care about ourselves, and hate others. The Repubs are cashing in on that as we speak. While this Republican fervor of anger and hate is going on, what are the Democrats doing to counter it?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Are they putting forth ANY candidates that are the least bit inspiring? No. Biden is an old retread. He bores himself so much that he promised to only run for one term if he got the Dem nomination in 2020. That "one term only" promise looks like a lie at this point, not because Biden is now wonderful and electable, but just because there is nobody else. NO inspiring candidates to counter Trump. NONE.

Are the Dems promoting their superior platform and ideas? No, because there is no platform, there are no ideas. Are the Dems rallying and charging up their constituents to get out the vote like the the Repubs are? NO. Where are the protest rallies, the news stories, the OpEd pieces? Where is the PASSION? The Democratic Party has no Inspiration, no Passion, no Fervor, no Presence, no Point. During the toughest contest our Democracy has ever faced in 250 YEARS, the Democratic Party is AWOL.

Michael Moore is wonderful. He is talking to all of us (We, the People) here, with his Tsunami newsletters. He is right, in everything he says. Problem is, we have no leaders, nobody participating in our Government at the National or local level, nobody to inspire us all. Democracy is NOT a spectator sport, it requires the participation of all, including the AWOL Democratic Party. Unless the Dem Party pulls their collective heads out of their behinds NOW, our 250 year old political Beacon to the World will go dark forever. The USA will elect its first Dictator, Herr Trump. 2 WEEKS, folks. We are LEADERLESS, They have TRUMP!

Looking back at my life to see if anything I did (or didn't do) contributed to the impending demise of Lady Liberty. Grew up with alcoholic, drug addicted parents in a condemned house. Decided I would do anything - ANYTHING - to avoid repeating that life. Worked 2 and sometimes 3 jobs at a time. Put myself through nursing school and spent 40 years helping people through the worst days of their lives. Cared for people of every age, color, nationality, economic level, sexual orientation. Formed the belief that people are basically good and mostly do the right thing.

Bought a home; paid taxes; always voted "YES" for school, police and fire levies. Did a ton of volunteer work. Donate regularly to the homeless shelter and food bank. Followed the law and never had so much as a parking ticket.

If anything, I was naïve about the treachery fermenting since Reagan - the plot to create a 1-party autocracy. After always playing by the rules, feel blindsided. I think my life reflects the lives of millions of honest, decent Americans. We will vote. We always do. Is it going to be enough to revive Lady Liberty?
