You mentioned the drugs. As we leave Afghanistan, 83% of the world’s supply of opium poppies are grown there. 20 years ago, I believe it was around 30%. Question: who is harvesting the crop and to whom is it being sold to? I can draw lines, for me, obvious, but then, that’s me. Thoughts?

Mike, you do a good job of bringing us into the moment. You spoke and thought like so many of us at that moment in time. You did so with controlled anger, with humility but not servility and mainly with passion and honesty. This is what makes you so 'readable',,,don't ever change.

Thank you, Michael. I will read every letter and I hope you make a book of them so I can give them to my children for a true history of what happened the year they turned 15 and 16. I am so grateful for you.

Thanks for sharing your letters. Those are good to understand better the truth. Continue going Michael. And do not forget to investigate the cartels governing Colombia that also support republicans in Florida.

Thank you Micheal for sharing maybe the pandemic is a gift to have us stand still and really look at our values and beliefs and how this plays out in our own culture. I sure as hell don't know what Australia's values and beliefs are and even if I did how does this country live them

💜💜💜💜, Thank You as always for a beautiful Touching letter. I always learn something new from you in every letter, commentary, podcast, interview you do, etc. I didn’t always keep up with politics and didn’t realize this about Reagan. My oh My. Despicable indeed.

Hi Michael, thanks for the read, not much of what you wrote shocked me, but I can’t watch the movie, I’ve watched a few others, but they make me so angry! My daughter and her family had to drive home to California after their cruise and my daughters birthday celebration (9/12/68), the long trek, being to afraid to fly. When will people in this country realize they have been tricked, lied to and bamboozled by the leaders of this country… at a horrible cost, not just money, but lives. Their are so many stupid politicians running this country and people think it’s the best place in the world to live… it is, but you have to have a strong constitution and think skin to do it. Just vote for the less ignorant, for more women, and more people of color! I loved that the census bureau reported the ratio of whites and those of color are becoming upside down! I’m a 72 year old white woman who has common sense, empathy and believe in power to the people!

Well, it is official, Mr Moore. The military-industrial complex rolls on towards the next war, Afghanistan forgotten already; converting Australia’s subs so that they can get embroiled in the South China Sea. And the new plan to tax the rich? A plan to tax the hardest-working most stressed workers on the planet, people who give employment to others. But NOTHING taken from the filthy rich!
