This is a lovely visualization, truly lovely. But the truth is those who want peace need to be as organized as those who want war. Oh how I wish I were 20 years younger! My question to you is how can we get organized and demand our leaders engage in leading for peace?
Michael, don’t worry if you missed it. When it happens you’ll know.
I’ve trolled you in the past, but most of the time I’ve always looked up to you. I feel you witnessed true greatness in society and just want to see it again.
I was touched by your chapter to your mother in “Here Comes...” I was born in Royal Oak, in 1981. I lived in Ferndale until 1992. My first exposure to your work was your TV show. As a kid I connected with your art. I have two copies on Prime of “Roger and Me.”
I enjoy you. I recently lost my own mother and your work has given me many tools to cope.
I don't know if I want to be around for the Big Reveal. Especially knowing the likes of those who want to rule the world. Is this why Trump wanted to purchase Finland? I can see it unfolding in front of my eyes. I am truly afraid for the first time in my life and I am 65 years old.
Been thinking of you, wanted to reach out. Hoping Louis has recovered from pneumonia. April just around the corner-- your birthday month. Hoping you can plant some living things to attract pollinators to your little home this year- a hopeful act.
Fine interview in today's Guardian with Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse on Climate. Encouraging, plain spoken to keep life in perspective, with common sense and non-aggression. Solutions offered, too. A substitute for fear thoughts. Helped me this morning-- maybe a lift for you too. It's tough to be fearless sometimes.
(Skip the pics on the front page and just go to the Interview, is my suggestion.
Hope all your beloved pets are living well. You, and they, are remembered.
Louis has good days and not so good days. I'm afraid that's how it's going to be, so we are plugging on. The rest of the "kids" are doing well.
We have been teased with some warm days up here in central NH but we are headed for some nights down in the teens. I have worked a few days with my boss, getting ready for planting season. Can't wait!🙂
I love Sheldon Whitehouse. I saw him on Judge Jackson's conformation hearing.
Corey Booker was amazing too. Too bad we didn't have more like them.
I will check out the article in Guardian.
I hope you are doing well. Thank you so much for reaching out. It means a lot.
Dear Michael, Thank you for this lyrical prompt. I've been meditating on how--and just how much --ANY artist can help bring into being a world they envision. So I am "hearing" this work that I did not know by REM in that light and it is opening new avenues for contemplation.
May our make believe believe…certainly I hope my make believe manifest in spectacular ways for me, my family and the world, however, I’m to live out a purposeful life working in peaceful ways to change what’s in front of my face. Maybe, I’ll get a gig going somewhere, somehow and start changing the world one moment and action at a time. We as a people must support each other to demand peaceful resolution and help Ukraine to stop totalitarianism, fascism and threats of nuclear war. It’s a threat. And, we’d annihilate Russia. Putin knows this. The whole world would be his enemy and his end. Peace out
Always knew you had soul. And always love a little Sigur Ros for times like these. Also I think you'd love Perfume Genius. Thanks for this, Michael. Love. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vaXpIDR0iU

Beautiful.
Thank you Michael.
And all at Rumble.
Beautiful souls, all.

I'll be 68 in April and I am also afraid. I was thinking how we are teetering on the edge with this mad man Putin.

Great song....tears
I love REM and my favorite has always been Losing My Religion. Thanks for sharing this tune which I had not previously heard.
Excellent choice!!
I want to wake up and all the madness in the world is gone. 🙏🏻 ☮️🙏🏻

Ah, yes, the thoughts of a peacemaker spreading the hopeful dreams we have. Thanks Michael
