There is much work to do to defeat the misogynists, the haters and their patriarchy. Their abuse, dominance and control of women must and will come to an end. The vast majority of Americans would toss this rogue Trumpian Supreme Court if they had any democratic say in it. The Forced Birth movement must be (nonviolently) crushed so the rest of us may enjoy our right to life and equality. The overseers and protectors of child rapists, homophobes and women haters (aka, the US Conference of Catholic Bishops) must be shut down and, where necessary, prosecuted.
Ok, enough.
I need to share some music for the days ahead. Voices from the “second class“ citizens who currently do not hold the same rights I have. I refuse to live in a country where this is the law — and I’m not leaving. So we’ve got a problem, Governors Abbott, DeSantis, DeWine and “Judges” Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett and Gorsuch. How do you want to resolve this? Because you do know, you have to step down. The People are coming. Every single one of us votes.
Wait, Mike — what happened to the music?
Sorry. Here’s just a sampling playing on my shuffle today.
Enjoy.
— Michael

** In order to have a troll-free, hate-free comments section — and because if there’s one thing I know about my crazy haters, they would rather spend an eternity in hell with Marjorie Taylor Greene than send me $5 if forced to become a paid subscriber — my Comments section here on my Substack is limited to paid subscribers. But, not to worry — anyone can send me their comments, opinions and thoughts by writing to me at mike@michaelmoore.com. I read every one of them, though obviously I can’t respond to all. And every few weeks or so I share them publicly here on Substack and on my podcast so that your voice is heard by the multitudes in this wonderful community of readers and listeners. The solution here is not optimal but it has worked and my Comments section has become a great meeting place for people wanting to discuss the ideas and issues I raise here. There is debate and disagreement, but it is refreshing to have it done with respect and civility, unfettered by the stench of bigotry and Q-anon insanity.
Just feastd my ears on your Women's Day/Month playlist. You are the best feminist ever. I want to clone you, move you to my neighborhood and be your real life pal. Right, girls? Clone Michael as a BFF.
Mike, your amazing, I learn so much. I spend over 30 yrs advocating for women in Ontario. It nice to know daycare workers are now being paid the same as the garbage collectors appox $34 per hour in a Unionized environment. American Women have some catching up to do. The white men need to get out of the way. We all need to remove them from power.
