HELL YES MICHAEL MOORE!!! What an absolutely BRILLIANT, POINTED ESSAY TO Defendant #4913961R. (The R stands for RACIST). IT’S ABOUT TIME, IN FACT, IT’S WAY PAST TIME FOR THE GAVEL TO COME DOWN ON THIS A-HOLE! I’m sure I’m not alone when I tell you that I’ve had a bounce-in-my-step and a smile-on-my-face since yesterday. FINALLY, JUSTICE is being served, - and it feels goooooooood! Thanks Michael...this is one of your best!~

Michael, I can’t wait until you come up with your “prison manual” for Defendant 4913961R. It may be difficult when he obtains a few more “defendant numbers” for his orange jump-suit; how will you keep track?? How to spend time in the “yard”. How to stay out of “the hole”, how to pick up soap without bending over, -- you know, those kinds of “tips” he’ll most surely need!

Never fear. Ivanka has been working on a suitable collection of colors: Persimmon, Pumpkin Spice, Tangerine, and Presidential Papaya. LOL

LOL...

Sadly the following.

The only type of charge being brought against the "Donald"(although numerous) is a ...

FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10,

Which is a Class E felony , which and I quote,

"

[i]n New York, a Class E felony is the lowest felony charge available and is associated with serious crimes that did not warrant a higher felony charge12. A Class E felony charge carries a potentially longer jail sentence than a misdemeanor charge, with a sentence of between one year and five years3. The maximum sentence for a violent Class E felony conviction is up to four years, with a minimum sentence of no more than one half of the maximum sentence4. A defendant convicted of a Class E felony may receive probation instead of a prison sentence4.

"

The key here is "A DEFENDANT CONVICTED OF A CLASS E FELONY MAY RECIEVE PROBATION INSTEAD OF a PRISON SENTANCE ".

^^^ Apologies for the all caps - just trying to make it visually clear (not shouting ... in this case).

The cited Trump "STATEMENT OF FACTS" is NOT - I repeat - NOT a set of specific charges.

So... What do you think the probability of TRZump ("Treason Trump" ) of ever seing the inside of a jail cell - other than to visit his lawyers.

I give odds (in the scope of this particular case) of 100,000 to 1 odds against Trump ever seeing the inside of jail cell* for a protracted period.

___________________________________________________________________________________________

* White collar crime jails are like country clubs anyway - you think the secret service detail and other - there to protect all former Presidents of the United States will be hanging out with prison guards on the fairway watching Trump cheat at Golf (badly) yet again - [Rolling eyes emoji.].

While they ignore his ankle bracelet beeping away incessantly in an annoying fashion ?

Good to make the marauding marmalade man squirm in the dock but nothing truly satisfying will come - of this case - much like Stormie's rendering of various Trump encounters of the squirm kind.

Dear Michael,

I love every article you write. This one is perhaps the best. You have expressed every feeling I have about Trump. You are sarcastic and humorous all at the same time. Thank you for being my hero.

Has anyone else noticed how much the tower at Mar-A-Lago looks like a prison tower?

Since Prisoner 4913961R is likely to end up in a "country club" prison, and because there are 147 Congressional reps, some senators, Fox News hosts and executives, a few lawyers and the rest, maybe we should pave over the putting green at #4913961R's current residence, put additional fencing up, put bunkbeds in the guest suites and create a prison. Mike Lindell could provide the pillows and sheets. No access to social media. The pool becomes a basketball court. Prisoner 4913961R could peel potatoes in the kitchen and be forced to eat vegetables. The shops could become offices for the staff and the suite of the former owner could be where the warden lives. Ahhhh Now I feel better!

The best thing I have read on this subject, MM--Thank You. You are planting seeds. Coupling it with the NY Times article is a winning combination. The article explains that Mr Bragg is hardly in "unchartered waters." Many cases involving corporate criminals have been tried in the State of New York. This is what the NY D.A. does, everyday.

Still I felt a bit choked up when I read all this "matter of fact" information about the humble Mr. Bragg. My biggest heroes are people like him. I recalled visiting Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall's childhood home ( Brown vs. the Board) in West Baltimore in the 1980's. At the time there was no indication, no special insignia, nothing. I wept.

I LOVE your advice on what he should pack! Maybe we should each send a toothbrush to Mar-a-lago for him... we could send enough so he could use a new one everyday in jail for the next 20 years, in case anyone tries to play any dirty tricks on his toothbrushes :)
