Great days are gone Great days are ahead Trying times are here Better days are not dead.
Truth has been told And truth has disappeared We fight now to come home The path I wish was more clear.
I once believed I came from somewhere And then I realized that this was nowhere Until I heard a Beatle say, “If you don’t know where you’re going Any road will get you there.”
I found the key that found the door It opened so wide I was finally inside And so were all of you.
Better days were here Better days just might come true.
