Vaccine manufacturers have no liability if they make a dangerous product due to a law passed by congress in 1986 and the number of shots given to children has exploded from 11 shots in 1985 to 58 shots today. Since the vaccine manufacturers have no liability there is no lawsuits that would trigger document discovery (i.e. release of safety and testing documents) and as a a result the vaccine manufactures don't care about safety because they will *never* be caught. I'm a democrat who has read the science. The amount of aluminum they put in vaccines is dangerous if given in a short period of time. They need to reduce the number of shots and spread it out over a longer period of time. A baby has no risk for catching Hepatitus B yet they give that shot within a few weeks after birth. The democrats used to be skeptical of the revolving door between government and corporations but when it comes to vaccine manufacturers they don't care if it is an unfair system that gives us unsafe vaccines.

Maybe that is why she is so weird.

Then again her weirdness could be hereditary.

The mother is tested for Hepatitis B before she give birth to her baby so the baby would never contract Hepatitis B otherwise. Hepatitis B is spread through sexual contact and drug addiction.

Kamala and Walz are in total support of Israel~(more $$$$/more bombs) Kamala and Walz will continue what Biden is doing i.e. complicity in Genocide of the Palestinians~ Israel is now also focusing on displacing/killing Palestinians in the West Bank~ It is the electoral vote that puts a person in the WH~ not the popular vote as we saw in the Hillary/Trump race~ Hillary, despite her campaign crew encouraging her, decided not to go into the states that gave Trump the electoral vote win~those states had large populations of Palestinians and Muslims~ Kamala invited US Palestinians to the DNC....but then didn't let them enter the convention center....did not let one Palestinian speak~ Voting for Jill Stein~ Until AIPAC and others buying the votes (billionaires/huge companies) of those in the US Congress to vote the way they are TOLD to vote~...nothing will change...what is changing is Israel is self destructing.....Israel is being boycotted by many countries~many who lived in Israel have left...business have closed in Israel~never to return~ less safe living in Israel...Shame on Biden~ and Kamala will do the same~ Voting for Jill Stein~

Harris has made a calculation. 0.05% of the US population is Palestinian vs 2.4% Jewish. She knows that her policy on Israel will probably cost her votes from voters such as yourself and the Palestinians living here, but she will not alienate as many Jewish voters. She cannot win with just the Democratic base alone and has to pull voters away from Trump. Those voters probably favor an "all in for Israel policy". It's politics and candidates cannot afford to be idealists and win, that's just the reality. Netanyahu plays the holocaust card to get aid from the US while he commits genocide against non combatant Palestinians. You know that Jill Stein has no chance of winning, and you have every right to follow your conscience. My only hope is that Trump loses and future elections will produce better candidates from both parties so we can get back to being the United States once again.

The Illusion of Justice's avatar

You're absolutely right. I urge you and everyone you know to read my book. ( See link below)

My name is Ted Martin. I just finished writing a book about my first hand encounters with a morbidly corrupt federal judicial system. The book is titled: The Illusion of Justice and contains documented, incontrovertible proof of widespread systemic corruption in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, the Administrative Office of United States Courts, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

The Supreme Court not only ignored two of the most egregious cases of judicial misconduct imaginable (my cases) but also an amicus brief by former Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Richard Posner in which he blows the whistle on rampant corruption in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge Posner’s amicus brief is posted on the Supreme Court’s website at www.supremecourt.gov and can be accessed by typing in the following case number: Martin v. Living Essentials (Case No. 17-8352)

It will be painfully obvious to anyone who reads my book (or Judges Posner’s amicus brief) that the Supreme Court denies certiorari without even bothering to read the petitions submitted by the citizens of the United States. This obscene betrayal of the public trust is a clear-cut violation of every Justice’s judicial oath and a crime under federal law that is commonly referred to as honest services fraud.

In short, my book proves that the leaders of both the Republican and Democratic parties have been conspiring together to pack the courts with corrupt corporate judges who will never side with the American people. This was abundantly clear when Senator Chuck Schumer and the other Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee repeatedly refused to use irrefutable evidence of judicial misconduct by Amy Coney Barrett (a Republican nominee) at her Supreme Court confirmation hearing.

This bipartisan band of seditious conspirators also refused to address the underlying corruption in clear violation of their oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

The only difference between the two major political parties is the rhetoric. The special interest groups running this country don’t give a damn which bribe taking stooge you vote for or even if you vote at all. They have already successfully rigged every election by controlling “our” choices.

The leaders of both the Republican and Democratic parties have been caught red-handed conspiring to pack the courts with corrupt judges who will never side with you. If there was ever a reason to be a one issue voter, this is it. Besides, any politician caught lying about their fidelity to the Constitution and laws of the United States is obviously lying about everything—particularly their agenda.

Republicans push the corrupt corporate agenda. Democrats pretend to be opposed. Together, they sell their offices to the highest bidders. They foment war for the military industrial complex, promote racism for the prison industrial complex, refuse to restrict access to assault weapons for the gun manufactures, permit large quantities of toxic cancer causing chemicals to be dumped into our air, land, and water for the chemical manufactures, deny needed medical care to our country’s citizens for the health insurance and pharmaceutical industries, and turn a willful blind eye to the catastrophic effects of global warming for the fossil fuel industries. The list of their greed fueled crimes against humanity goes on and on.

Voting your current elected representatives out of office should be a no brainer. But, to make sure that they are not replaced with another batch of equally corrupt corporate stooges, we’re also going to have to take back both the Republican and Democratic parties and get the money out of politics.

While this may appear to be a daunting task, all we really need is a sound plan. After giving this matter some careful consideration, I have the following proposal: We agree to put aside all of our ideological differences and unite as Americans in support of the Constitution of the United States.

If you read my book, it really won’t be that difficult. You will know who the real enemy is and it certainly isn’t your fellow citizens. We just need to become one issue voters. Ignore their contrived wedge issues, bullshit talking points, and cringe worthy campaign ads. If they are not fighting tooth and nail to get the money out of politics—don’t legitimize them with your vote.

Seriously, if in doubt—throw them out. Besides, any government official who is not forcefully calling for the resignations of the corrupt leaders of their own political party is, by definition, violating their oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Whether Republican or Democrat, a treasonous corporate criminal is a treasonous corporate criminal, they serve the same master and nothing is going to change until we get the money out of politics.

*You get the money out of politics by publicly funding elections, banning all campaign contributions, and, in exchange for their broadcasting/operating licenses, requiring news organizations to give every candidate for public office an equal amount of free advertising space.

In the future, I may write a book titled: The Illusion of Journalism. But for now, I’m just going to say that the media is not going to help anyone blow the whistle on their partners in crime. In the past four years, I couldn’t find a single news organization that hadn’t sold us out.

All an honest journalist would have to do is read Judge Posner’s amicus brief to know that the courts are irretrievably corrupt. Reading my book will conclusively show that the courts are corrupt by design.

If you want a government that actually acts in your best interests, I urge you and everyone you know to read my book as soon as possible. You can get a digital copy of my book free of charge at the link below: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_vaMH1riLodzOfQn0kI7ow0RDrPM0NqE/view?usp=sharing

You can do every thing you can to expose the corruption. This isn't going to be easy because it appears every media outlet has also sold us out. My book contains proof of treason by the leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties and every single one of us is a victim of this corruption. But, it won't matter if nobody reads it.

There is nothing worse than conspiring to pack the courts with corrupt judges. That is how these treasonous corporate criminals have been getting away with their long list of crimes against humanity.

If book goes viral, the American people will know the truth and demand an end to the system of legalized bribery that is responsible for all the suffering in the world.

First of all, we’ve been utterly dismayed by your commitment to a candidate who was foisted on the voting public through a process that was utterly un-democratic by a party that has revealed itself to be essentially a powerful oligarchy with a stranglehold on what they refer to—with utter hypocrisy—as our democratic political system. Kamala Harris and Co. are deeply committed to—and utterly complicit—in genocide, and the furtherance of this country’s imperialistic ambitions. Doesn’t this make them war criminals? How is this okay? Moreover, her public policy platform is pathetic and hardly a compensation for her foreign policy.

As for running her campaign based on defeating Trump—again a tired trope, considering that any candidate of real worth should be able to handily dispose of this trash that has lingered due to our pathetic political system—why do you think that is? Because there’s no “there” there on public policy towards addressing our truly fucked-up methods for dealing with the social chaos that has come to characterize this country, along with the continued under-writing of the fossil fuel/climate crisis.

If democracy is really “on the line”, how is it that the Democratic Party has been allowed to take every possible—and often underhanded—measure to subvert third party candidacy efforts to be on the ballot and part of this election? And hey—it’s pretty likely, don’t you think, that if the un-Democrats were to field candidates that reflected the needs and desires of our society—instead of those of big business—there would be far less voter apathy, and the party would handily take both House and Senate to such a degree that real progress, including ending the filibuster, the ludicrous Parlimentarian appendage, and the hold of this debacle of a Supreme Court and Electoral College! Bernie’s successes in the last two elections—again defeated by this party’s utterly unethical machinations—are an example….

I considered myself a liberal democrat as recently as 2 years ago. What happened to the anti-war democrats? why don't they understand the facts that NATO has been encroaching on Russia for 30 years by converting 14+ countries to NATO. Would America let China set up their military on the Canadian and Mexico border? What if China was militarily superior to US, would we let them do it in that case? Why would Russia let NATO set up close to their important cities? The US and Nato attempted to convert Ukraine into a Nato country with 5 billion dollar payoffs to various political groups in 2014 and this triggered Russia to invade. I agree Russia shouldn't have invaded but we should agree NATO is at the root of this war. Listen to Col Douglas Macgregor or historian John Mearsheimer on this topic on youtube. Russia was invaded by Nazis in 1941 and Napolean in 1812 that traveled *through* Ukraine. Also, neo Nazi groups supposedly threatened, murdered and raped russians living the Ukraine areas that Russia now controls. Since there are credible reports that the neo Nazis were supported by Nato and CIA, it seems this violence was purposely done to trigger Putin to invade by war mongers in the West who wanted war with Russia.

Michael, with all due respect and great appreciation (forever)... You write: "Health care/Day care/Elder care FOR ALL". I agree, but that is not the Democratic Party platform. Harris explicitly opposes "Medicare for All". She doesn't even support "Medikid" (free universal health care for children). There is no support for card-check, free public higher ed, or a plan for affordable housing. No tax on tips? Give me a break: how about a REAL liveable minimum wage for EVERYONE. Already the fatcats who pressured Biden to drop and helped create her candidacy are pressuring her to ease off on the billionaire tax stuff. The Democrats include all the university presidents and chancellors who engage in fascist thuggery to destroy anti-genocidal encampments. The Democrats in my state (NY) have a trifecta and a supermajority, but still underfund public higher ed, mistreat immigrants/asylum seekers, and have no plans for solving the housing crisis. When the Democrats have full power they drop the ball; when they share or are out of power they blame the GOP.

Forget top-cop Harris (who as Atty Gen opposed reopening cases when evidence of innocence emerged). Instead, re-energize the unions, support movements that oppose genocide, and build a movement for a workers' revolution. Easy? Not one bit. But Harris and the Democrats are our enemy as much as the Trumpublicans are, not our friend.

The idea that a "tsunami" of blue votes will sweep away the MAGAits and fix our "pathetic" republic is, sadly, delusional. I am not saying don't vote or don't encourage others to vote: A resounding win will certainly help, but it is not that simple. I will vote and always have, but two intractable and irreducible realities challenge that approach and our newly refreshed hope with Harris's candidacy. (1) this election has been effectively over since the last election (largely due to the outcome of that election). Regardless of the vote tallies, Trump will declare himself the winner (as he has repeatedly publicly declared already) and his sycophants will immediately echo his bigliest lie - just like last time. That will result, once again, in legal chaos, which will take years to resolve (if ever) and the hatred and smoldering animosities of a divided nation will only be amplified, not ended. (2) All these mountains of money fed to lawyers and advertisers and the media goldmine of meaningless polls that evaporate with each news cycle, sow confusion, not clarity. I doubt anyone is left to "persuade." The unavoidable last week and last minute desperation of each side's "shot-at-the-buzzer," that has characterized so many elections, often reduces the contest to weather, unknown voting restrictions enacted when nobody is looking, gerrymandering, personal idiosyncrasies, primitive brainstem prejudices, toss-of-the-coin-knee-jerking ignorance, cavalier resentment bravado and a whole host of indecisive, thoughtless reactions - not the broad, reasonable planning and deductive awareness we might hope. OK, Get out the vote ... but shouldn't we be focusing on putting unrelenting pressure on Trump and the GOP to explain and justify their "only accept the results if we win" fascism? Shouldn't all election commissions require "you don't play unless you have skin in the game" and legislate such? Can't the media do its intended job and fact check the unending streams of lies that go unchallenged and do the simple math of compare-and-contrast journalism? How about having a panel of fact-checkers in realtime, live during the debates to hold Trump accountable (can't do it?; professional baseball does it routinely; commentators make arcane historical references and the nerds pull up the photos from 1927 in under a minute.) Pivot from Vance's couch problem to hard questions about Plan 2025. And what about Biden? With nothing to lose, how about him using those new SCOTUS rulings that give Presidents nearly unlimited power for "official acts" while he still has them and light a fire under the sluggish legal system. Fire Aileen Cannon, for instance, a federal judge in Trump's pocket. Are we going to get lost in the miasma of hanging chads and late-night voting hamper dumps AGAIN?
