I miss my choir! We have decided it's not safe to sing together until there is some better solution to covid, but boy are you right, singing together is like nothing else!
OH - singing with a choir is such a joyful way to rejuvenate. It's been years. Settling for singing with my Spotify playlist, a little boost in itself. (I'm an embarrassment on the road as if singing full out on a concert stage!)
Thank you for all that you do. I re-fill our little food pantries, which feed the homeless and otherwise poor of our community. I also belong to a quilt guild.. Quilting for the past 2 years has kept me busy.
I am walking down my Lewisburg, West Virginia street. You're my inspiration. I see Spring green and flowers and I can temporarily forget about what a Red state it is nowadays. I need this walk. And I love the music.
Oh my God I just love you Michael Moore! My world would be so different without you in it. And I want to add one more thing. Put Radio patadise app on your TV (so you can enjoy the visuals) and just dance to one song before you go out of the house that morning.
What an irreplaceable treasure you are, Michael. Thank you for today's message. All of your writings strike a chord for me, and today's was especially moving - and motivating! I appreciate you so much. Thank you.
I am 71, and I sing old folk and protest music at a Coffeehouse. The other musicians are in their 50s, 60s and 70s. Music transports me to another dimension. Love your thoughts, Michael!!
Good Morning Mike …..I would like to add to your Music…. This made me smile&tear up for many reasons, including my ability to relate to both the positive responses and the slump responses to Covid. Been up&down, lost®ained hope, read a lot more, listened to more music (learned how to support musicians’ online events), joined protests, began thanking and apologizing to trees (out loud), shut out much unnecessary human noise, lost and gained friends—reconnected with gals I went to HS with who I have not communicated with in decades, tempered idealism with realism, and still see god in the eyes of my (now) 88 year old mom and all the natural world. Reflection and action are good. Thank you for this reminder.
Wow. Everything you have done and are doing is RIGHT ON! Brilliant. Especially “thanking and apologizing to trees (out loud)”! Thank you - and everyone else - for these great suggestions!
Thank you for this incredibly timely and inspiring message. With the war in Ukraine, COVID aftermath, pollution, poverty, and homelessness, not to mention the oligarchs in this and other countries, your message resonated completely. Thanks for being there for me and so many others.
This message brought me to tears, dear Michael. I felt seen. And I loved your suggestions--I'm on it! Much love to you.
What a great way to wake up. Thank you, as always, Michael.
Don't forget singing! Join a choir! And totally give yourself a break from the news for crying out loud.
And dancing!!!!

Thanks Michael. I shared this with everyone I know. Just what we needed!

I have to ask, is this really Michael Moore?
I too have doubts. The avatar is different, and so is the bio.
