Chilling in every way. Michael, thank you for just being you and speaking truth to power.

The resistance is growing and everyday Americans are fighting back. Courage everyone!

If you want to stop the corruption, you have to identify the problem. The problem is money in politics. They are all bribe taking criminals. Republican or Democrat, they're always going to do exactly what the "donors" want them to do.

Go to my Substack for a free digital copy of my book: The Illusion of Justice. It proves that the leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties have been conspiring together to subvert the rule of law. It proves they're traitors!

The problem is that word of mouth is the only way the American people are ever going to find out that "their" representatives have sold them out. When you put proof of treason through the corporate owned media filter--it comes out dedicated public servants.

I implore everyone reading this post to read my book and demand an end to the system of legalized bribery that is the cause of ALL the problems in the world.

The government of the United States is an ongoing criminal enterprise and pretty much always has been. My book not only proves both parties are corrupt but also shows you what you can do about it. If you want a government that acts in your best interests, you're going to have to be a one issue voter and vote these treasonous corporate criminals out of office.

Thanks for your efforts.

These are shameful times for America.

🇺🇸 This flag means nothing to Elon or Trumpolini.

Trump makes out with it, and his Brown-shirts giggle. Elon bribed his way into the White House, and now threatens to turn off his web of satellites if he should feel like it, depending on his mood.

Shameful cowards in the House and Senate let him get away with it.

Shaking a cane at Trump may not be enough in the end. Another Impeachment is certainly in order. GOP cowards must stop being Nazis.

Wake up, America.

100 pct. At least float an impeachment bill. Violating a judges direct order certainly qualifies for a misdemeanor, and isn't impeaching for high crimes and misdemeanors the minimum bar? Try to throw some gum into the works. Have to preserve freedom until 2026.

My country and Israel have broken my heart in similar ways.

Israel has become our sacred cow.

With both Donald and Bibi using far right "religious" bigots to remain in power and out of jail.

Michael, I don’t know how much more I can take of this HORROR—SHIT—FUCKING INACTION—call it what you will. Where the fuck is our Dem opposition CALLING THIS OUT ON. MAINSTREAM MEDIA. Because the majority of Americans DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING!! I think the future of media is here and on similar sites. BUT WE WON’T HAVE A FUTURE unless mainstream media is FLOODED WITH stuff like this. Not just one article here and there for god’s sake. Whew.

The Democrats are not an opposition party. They take bribes from the same corporate criminals as the Republicans. Go to my Substack for a free digital copy of my book: The Illusion of Justice. Skip ahead to the Postscript on page #221 if you really want to see what they have been up to.

I didn't know Noor Abdalla, 8 months pregnant, was from Flint or about her distinguished academic career, although I knew she was a US citizen. I can't understand what's happening to universities across the country, it must have to do with money (endowments). It could be that low and unprincipled. It's a war against learning, whatever the cause. As is the closing of the U.S. education department. A dumb population is the government's aim.

I grew up in the 60’s. The actions of the current “administration” feel like history repeating itself, only worse, as there appear to be no limits to what Trump and cronies are doing. Future generations (if there are any - if we aren’t all blown to smithereens) will look back on these dark days in disbelief and dismay.

These people know not what they do. I mean, literally. They're shortsighted idiots who have to reverse almost everything they do because it's either illegal and/or they didn't consider the consequences. They also underestimate how many people are affected and angry. I hope more Americans reach their tipping point soon.

For me, the takeaway is that there are problems with our govt structure. There is no way this should have even been allowed to start. Having the Justice Dept under the Executive branch = big problem. It's not independent if it reports to Chief Exec. SCOTUS members needs a profound change in how that is structured. If we at least had a truly impartial SCOTUS, and a Justice Dept that would really ENFORCE the rule of law, I would sleep a lot better.

I think the problem is that we usually have more of a balance. No one was expecting this complete takeover. (But, as you say, we should have. We should've had better, clearer procedures for when someone is a convicted felon.) But part of the problem will always be the buying of all branches by billionaires. To me, that is the number one thing that needs taking care of. Then the rest will be easier.

yep. 100 pct. Across the board all parties. When you look at these folks' salaries compared to their net worth, it's pretty unbelievable. in fact, it is downright impossible that they turned that trick on their own, unless they inherited Heinz etc. Otherwise, they are being bought and paid for. Who will have the courage to take on that issue? Who is going to kill the golden goose? smh.

Thank you, Michael for always being the voice of reason. This is terrifying!! Especially the unmarked cars, no identifying garb, no justification for this invasion. Where are we living? I have so much contempt for those who have enabled this by placing a convicted felon at the helm. I have contempt for those representatives who confirmed appointments of those cabinet members hellbent on destroying our nation. I hate watching the news because the stress caused is so great, yet I need to be informed. I did the economic blackout, sent the postcards on 03/15/25, I am always writing to my elected officials, and I would be hitting the pavement if I could physically do so. People are afraid. That fear will enable the destruction of our democracy.

This was so painful to read, but thank you Michael. I remember Kent State. Vividly even though I was in Oregon. Very, very, very painful was my dad saying "Good thing they got shot." I was enraged and said "It could have been me!!" There were VN protests on the U of O campus where I was studying. This story is just so painful and dangerous. Keep on fighting. Merci from France where I live. I weep for my country of birth.

The White House taking aim at you is a badge of honour ... you spread truth, they trade in nothing but cruelty, lies and deception. The universities are capitulating fast and I am surprised and somewhat shocked; mainstream media has already folded and does not report on large protests; anyone who is not a white male is being erased from history .. all this is the space of two months. I cannot see Donnie Tiny Nuts being impeached given the cowardice of the Congress and Senate .... and the Supreme Court basically told him he can do whatever he wants with impunity. Not sure how this will end, but I am grateful for people like you. Your wisdom and insight needs to be broadcast all over the airwaves so that people finally get to hear the truth.

Thank you so much, so much Michael, for the additional background in this Amerikkkan Nightmare. I generally don't like it when people spell America with "kkk" but it is so appropriate here. For one thing, Mahmoud was not picked up randomly but fingered by one the Jewish versions of the KKK, namely Betar-- a zionist extremist group with direct ties to Netanyahu's party. They fingered him and then the DHS/ICE thugs, under the direction of the nazi-loving co-presidents (the aft-worshipping one with his fascist salute and the "good people" among the Charlottesville "Jews-will-not-replace-us" nazis one), kidnapped him.

And you got it right. We can't depend on the Democrats. We have to organize and fight. Last week I set at a table with some other faculty in the Brooklyn College quad and dozens and dozens of students swarmed to sign the petition to free Mahmoud. We have to start with that and go beyond. We have to build (re-build) a movement the size of the anti-war movement of the 1960s/1970s. We have to march, picked, sit-down (you Flint folk know about that dontcha?), and ultimately go even beyond that.

We have to tear down this capitalist system, make allies with workers in all the other countries, get rid of bulls--t borders, and make a communist world, one where workers have powers over every aspect of their lives and make it so no one would ever be deported.

My mother was a green card immigrant and lived in the US for 76 years, dutifully reporting every January. I am ashamed of my country and the abhorrent behavior of the man we call president. I am horrified by the genocide of Palestinians and the endless wars raging in the Middle East and elsewhere. Man's inhumanity to, not only man, but to all living things. The utter disregard for truth and law by so many. The insane greed and the fantasy that the world should go back to a feudal society so that what's left of the masses may serve the masters. We, as a species, have moved nowhere toward an enlightened state of being. We are, indeed, a failed experiment. We need to step outside ourselves and look at what we are doing or we won't be anymore. And, maybe we shouldn't be.

Oh Michael. I'm almost 69 yo and this is all Very disturbing. Shades of Kent State. How many more? 4 dead in Ohio... How many more? Those Neil Young lyrics should be reverberating around campuses now. I was apprehensive, but now I think the Dems should primary Shumer and vote on a new leader, hopefully AOC. It is painfully clear that Dems cannot continue playing nice and rolling over. 14 Dems signed? That IS a disgrace. If Dems can't muster more courage than that in these times that so demand some moral courage, we're screwed. Time for a leadership change. Out with the old and in with the new. If we are going to go down, at least it will be fighting for what we believe in instead of caving to oligarchs and billionaires.

This is difficult to watch. The evil is astonishing. They are just committing egregiously illegal acts without a care in the world. No badge, no reason, refusal to identify themselves. This has Stephen ‘dead eyed’ Miller written all over it. We as a nation have to do something to stop this regime. It’s terrifying. Why is nobody talking about the 25th Amendment? I think you mistake complicity for fear. The Uniparty does, what the Uniparty does, regardless of which name it is using at the moment. There's no fear, weakness, ineffectual dismay, in the good cop, bad cop routine. They are on the same side, and that is not y/our side. Surely the scales must have fallen from the populace by now, or are in the process. But knowing what's wrong, and doing something about it, are two different things.
