I agree! I lived in NOLA in the late 70’s - early 80’s. I think I met each one of these characters in the Quarter!
I grew up in the south, but now live in Cleveland. Every place I’ve lived, including NOLA, has had its own unique characters. However, New Orleans is home to a cast of characters unlike any others!
