The best way to counter the newly formed "Texas vigilante Abortion Law" is simple:
FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE ...
The current Vigilante Law allows ANYone, residing in Texas or elsewhere (including US Territories) to file suite against against anyone they PERCEIVE as aiding someone seeking an abortion within Texas
My counter plan is simple and will be devastating to all who decide to partake in the $10,000 "Money Grab".
I propose developing a data base of those willing to become "Vigilante Fire Fighters".
The Fire Fighter names will be anonymous, and will all be grouped by ZIP codes.
The moment a Vigilante files a law suite, which is a document OF RECORD, the data base automatically notifies all Vigilante Fire Fighters living in the same area code as the money-grabbing Vigilante. Any and all Fire Fighters living in the Vigilante's ZIP code immediately file suite against the Vigilante for aiding and abetting an abortion within the state of Texas.
The key to this system is that, just like the Vigilante, the charge does not have to be proven in a court of law. IN FACT when the charges fail to be DEFENDED, the Vigilante must pay the court cost ... which would be astronomical when the LARGE number of Fire Fighters in a given ZIP code are all filing individual law suites
That is my proposed plan for you, Michael, with all of your resources, to implement.

It’s been a rough week for me as I had been sick. Regarding this podcast, another amazing one once again Mr. Moore and @ Mr. Chris Hedges. Thank you so very dearly always for making my day healthier, happier, and more hopeful. Mr. Moore, all I want to say is I truly love you and I sincerely mean this, and it is because of the person you are inside and out. What really tugged at my heart in this podcast most of all is when you said we all have to learn the love one another and be kind to each other to work together and fight this or we won’t win ever and we have to be smart and committed. You pinned the tail on the donkey – AMEN sir. There is a church here in Cincinnati and their motto Is - “ Love Wins “. Isn’t this the truth? Love and kindness wins all. You also mentioned that there aren’t many people like Chris Hedges, well I would like to say there aren’t many people like you Michael Moore, in fact there is no one. You in my humble opinion deserve the Pulitzer Prize and more Oscars than you have gotten. I sincerely mean this. Lastly, I missed the news regarding Biden meeting with the Ukraine president. Very sad to hear this . I wonder behind closed doors if it has something to do with our past president which the public may not have been made aware of. You never know, because with meetings I don’t believe they tell us everything. They talk about a number of things as you know also. And ending, I wish you and everyone here a very sweet and relaxing weekend and I cannot wait , Mr. Moore for next Friday. Looking so forward to this movie night and I love the time you have it at. Love that song! Good choice, Michael. I had 2 thoughts at the beginning of this 20 year fiasco. First, our military action is a textbook example of an imperialist war of aggression. Secondly, did anyone think to ask the Soviets about the years they spent in Afghanistan? Geez Louise, c’mon guys!
It is clear that Hedges knows his Toynbee thoroughly. He is well aware that Western Civilization is in disintegration. Russia and China are in the Stage of Growth meeting their challenges. So far. They have a huge continent to plunder into ruin. That will take time.
