I 100% agree with you Michael and if our elected representatives and our justice department, D&R’s, do not hold these people accountable and remove them from elected office then they will be admitting that they are above the law and that we are not a Democracy! And we are not the country that I was born into or that I was taught that we are.

Dear Michael, I listened closely to every traitor’s name and thank you for listing them. It struck me that almost all were from southern states, and I’ve always felt that Lincoln made a great mistake by not allowing the South to secede. Slavery would have ended anyway, and the North could have accepted all who fled from the South. Nobody agrees with me, but I wonder what you think about the idea that southern states are largely an unfortunate part of this country, both politically and economically. Whatever opinion you hold, I totally adore you and listen to all you say. Wonderful to have your rational, brave and compassionate voice! 💜Paula Miller

I have family living in Texas and they are not proud of living there. They despise Abbott and the horrible changes he put into law. It’s become more difficult for them to live there.

Hi Michael: Agree names have to be spoken! You mentioned the Nazi movement in the US and I wonder if you have listened to Rachel Maddow's Podcast "Ultra?" The Nazi movement from late 30's into the 40's was infested in our Congress and a large following through the US. I was amazed and it is so much like what we have now! Keep educating us....it is so important.

There's never been any question about the biggest threat to American democracy. It was best said by Pogo in 1970, "We have met the enemy and he is us".

Can someone explain to me why, Clan Mother Greene (as Jimmie Kimmel calls her), is not AUTOMATICALLY charged with treason - NOW - since she is openly calling for "termination" of the Constitution and armed insurrection of the government she is sworn to uphold and protect? Why is there any "should" or "maybe"? If she was a wackadoodle private citizen just mouthing off, freedom of speech, would protect her, but she is a serving government official, who swore to uphold the very Constitution and protect the country she pledged to faithfully serve from an insurrection she now wishes to shred and foment. Why is there a moment's hesitation on the part of DOJ to indict this domestic terrorist and traitor? Same with Trump. What kind of "glass ceiling" insulates them from an open violation of the law?

My thought is that this case is so large, so complicated, and so wide-spread that's why it's taking so long. It has to be meticulously done, a slam-dunk. They cannot miss or the results would be catastrophic. An acquittal could be used to convince (maybe even reasonable people who aren't paying attention) that they're all victims of a political prosecution. Yes, I want it to happen soon, but I'll wait if that's what's necessary to make sure it gets done right.

There are catastrophic consequences to waiting. Georgia phone call is a slam dunk. Even so, they could always get one Moron on the jury who would acquit no matter how meticulous the proof.

Sadly, you are absolutely correct about the real risk of a "moron" subverting the obvious guilt of an inherently flawed (and all too human) legal process. However, at SOME point indictments and prosecution must be initiated or our system is completely moribund. On, at least, these two issues of interference in Georgia's vote and public declarations of "armed" insurrection "next time" and "terminating" the Constitution by officials pledged to uphold the Constitution, the evidence will never been clearer or legally more indisputable than NOW. Hopefully Garland, et. al., will be competent enough to weed out the "morons." Time to fast-break and go for the slam dunk while the "defense" is down and faltering.

That's very true. Justice is not assured, but Merrick Garland strikes me as someone who is really smart and knows what is necessary to connect all the dots; quietly and fastidiously working behind the scenes until BLAMO - pages and pages of charges out of seemingly nowhere that tie everything together. At least that's my hope.

Yes, you are certainly correct. A botched verdict could do a lot of harm. Meticulous preparation is required. But ... while the January 6th special committee compilation of insider coup evidence and the FBI sting of secret documents could, I imagine, be open to "interpretation," and more time may be needed to cross the "t's" and dot the "I's, "two criminal acts are so patently indisputable that it is hard to see why there is any wait or hesitation to prosecute at all: (1) the recorded phone call to Raffensberger in Georgia directly violating every provision for meddling and attempting to subvert legal process for purely political gain, and (2) Greene's (as well as Trump's) endorsement of terminating the very Constitution she/he was sworn to uphold as elected officials (not just a private citizen's media rant) and her publicly proclaimed position that "next time" they "will win" by "being armed." It is hard to imagine any competent prosecutor, in any other circumstance, not having more than sufficient evidence NOW to run with indictment while the issues are so clear and demonstrable. Plus ... nailing Trump and Greene on these undeniable charges, would help supporting the charges of fomenting a coup and stealing secret documents - when subsequently brought. My fear is that the longer we (the legal system) waits, the risk of diluting fact with fake news, spinning false narratives and sowing disinterest increases with each news cycle - what would happen, for instance, if Putin decides to go nuclear in Ukraine? The apparently slowly building momentum to finally hold traitors accountable could be postponed or collapse. Time for the "slam dunk" while we have the ball and the court ahead is open.

Here's what I included when I shared:

I hope you will listen to this podcast. I subscribe to Michael Moore's podcasts and think that all of them are important. This one, however, calls for us to actually keep hard copies of the traitor's names for posterity. I will post it in my home, share copies and keep a copy, in the bag that I carry, along with my copy of the Constitution. I can't imagine that we will ever be finished defending the underpinnings of our Democracy but I'm willing to do it forever.

What we have here are the rich white trash manipulating the poor white trash to vote against their best interests. The poor white trash, when surveyed at the conclusion of the Civil War, on why they support the institution of slavery even though they are too poor to actually afford a slave.

The majority of their responses were along the line that one fine day they will become wealthy enough to afford one. And so this has been and IS their version of The Amerikkkan Dream.

Dear Folks,

Today Michael Moore makes, in somber, sober, compelling, yet gentle tones, his arguments as to why this is the face of Treason today in America today.

My consistent argument against his reasoning was "It's protected free speech!"

But, I kept returning to his overarching theme: when the most influential, rich and powerful, men and women in America use their positions (and they do) to abuse and or weaken our democracy, they are (in-fact) committing Treason against the Constitution of the United States of America.

When Men and Women of our highest offices and those with Billion Dollar Influence actively attack the bedrock foundations of our Constitutional Republic, they pose a most dire threat because they have the power to succeed in their schemes. They have the power (now unchecked) to destroy our Democratic/Republic. "All men are created equal," "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are Human Rights - that's holding up our Constitution and America itself. This document must stand for something, or it falls.

1) If an American man or woman is marginalized at the hand of these powerful men and women because they fall into one or more of these categories, poor, black, female, gay, nonbinary, Mexican, not Christian, and without influence they would simply be ignored. Or, if they made a constant ruckus in public (or private) spewing their bat-ass-crazy un-American junk they would be in a mental hospital (oops...Reagan defunded that) - They'd sleep under a bridge, or lay on a sidewalk, or in a doorway or canyon or maybe jailed.

The words and writings of those holding powerful offices, Congress, the Supreme Court, the Executive branch and those whose monetary influence is overwhelming to the point of successfully corruption, it is no longer freedom of speech to promote anti-American agendas; they become reality.

Gotta Go
