Enough flowery words & euphemisms, media.

Enough dancing around the subject, general public.

These ‘elected officials’ do not represent us... Or the Constitution.

ENOUGH

If the 14th amendment is not invoked towards these traitors by January 3, 2023, then the United States of America is officially in a state of anarchy.

Let that sink in.

KAMALA HARRIS hasn’t done much, SHE should read the names into the Congressional Record ‼️

But, her neoliberalism makes it kinda hard to have that much integrity‼️

We’ve been, up to this point, living under the illusion of a Democracy when, in fact,

what we are, and have been, is a plutocracy.

The reason most Americans don’t realize it is because the plutocrats quite literally run the show, i.e. the media industry, and their lobbyists control Congress, not We the People.

Think about it. We don’t have one person, one vote, because of some contrivance called ‘The Electoral College’.

When January 3, 2023 rolls around, the illusion will be unsustainable. The plutocrats who own the Supreme Court, will now own Congress outright. A precedent will be set. All they need now is to coronate their dictator.

Welcome to the Banana Republic of America.

This must be how the citizens in Germany felt as Hitler began to ransack their constitution. If only they would have taken it seriously! We need to hold these traitors accountable or risk a similar outcome.

Wow Michael......are you the " Voice of America " ? You and your supporters, it shouldn't be like that.

You have rightly predicted recent results. You should be a regular feature on the political media scene. I know from your previous encounters you are not the most popular guy on the block because you air the truth, but look how you fire up your followers into action and all that without the millions of dollars and hysterical party meetings others use as a weapon.

Michael your enlightened words are a credit to you and the millions of Americans who support your point of view. The nation wide corruption and the misuse of a constitution, that many in other countries are envious of, Is flagrant. Your voice in the desert echos out and as the Guardian and Solan quoted and printed your voice last time others will surely do it this time.

If a country's constitution is not upheld, chaos, anarchy, war and dictatorships are the result...you don't need to look further than some South American and European countries to see the results.

Come on America, heed Michael and show the rest of the world what "good governance is all about".

Hay,

I just did an extensive search on Google to find out the timeline and who initiated the congressional vote to overturn (nullify) the election and could find nothing. Just the events of the riot.

My last search was; Jan 6th vote in congress to overturn the election.

Maybe you could outline the name and timeline of how this vote was conceived.

There are strict protocols on how a vote is brought to the floor.

As I remember it was brushed off as one of those protocal things that had to happen before an election is certified.

Does this vote happen every presidential cycle???

Let me know where my search efforts failed.

I did find the article that Reuters put out when they attempted to interview our traitors.

U.S. Congress

The Republicans who voted to overturn the election

Reuters asked the 147 lawmakers who voted to overturn the U.S. election if they believed Donald Trump lost the presidency because of election fraud. Most dodged the question.

Some of the responses are very interesting.

Thanks again for all of your hard work,

I don’t understand why Trump and the many members of Congress who took part in the insurrection aren’t in prison right now either. It’s almost as scary as the insurrection itself was. I can guess why though, and my guess is that AG Garland was more or less living in an ivory tower of academics & judges, when the insurrection took place and had minimal engagement with the news surrounding it. It is possible in America to do that. In fact I’m sure millions of Americans pay no attention at all to what they consider “politics.” And that’s part of the problem.

The danger of political ignorance is waking up some day to find that everything you took for granted living in America is gone. The danger of having Merrick Garland as U.S.A.G. is his utmost respect for our government paired with the knowledge that if he indicts dozens of members of Congress along with a former President, it could create retaliation fever for future administrations.

Or perhaps AG Garland wasn’t convinced an airtight case could be made so he made the political calculation it’s better to be safe than sorry. No one knows what will happen if the DOJ does or doesn’t prosecute, but the old saw, “Don't let the “perfect” be the enemy of the “good enough.” may apply here.

I also think the AG gravely underestimated the animosity of the majority of the American people who aren’t fans--to put it nicely-- of Trump and what the GOP has become. Perhaps he was concerned that since republicans refused to have a hearing on his nomination to the Supreme Court, they would assume he was trying to “punish” them for that. One other consideration is, he & his family may have been threatened and/or stalked by Trump’s goons.

At any rate that’s all water under the bridge now because attorney Jack Smith, who lives abroad in the Netherlands because he tries cases at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, has been named as Special Counsel re former president Trump’s numerous alleged crimes.

My hope is that attorney Smith will also take the job of prosecuting the dozens of members of Congress who participated in the conspiracy to overthrow our government. There can be no justice until they lose their seats in Congress. The tool that can be used against them is, as Michael said, Sec.3, of the 14th amendment. It’s is as plain as the nose on your face that they violated their oath of office. The remedy for that is to refuse to let them be seated pursuant to Sec. 3 of the 14th amendment. It’s really just that simple.

On another note, IF nothing is done to reign in our traitorist congresspeople, I suggest billboards be posted in their districts denouncing their treachery and their blithe dismissal of their (previous and current) oaths of office. They should feel the thorn in their side every day.

Michael, Thank you for putting Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment out into our virtual Universal Mind!!

Many domestic enemies are surely hoping that by ignoring and dismissing this passage, they can keep We the People confused long enough that politicians who have attacked the Constitution can brazenly insert themselves into undeserved positions from which they hope to have more power to disregard our objections to their presence.

This passage quite likely terrifies those domestic enemies! I am not an attorney, but it seems obvious, from the wording of the passage, that removing them from office for failure to defend the Constitution is as straightforward as if they have failed to honor an immensely important part of an employment contract.

There seems to be no requirement for arrests or trials or other legal maneuvers to accomplish this relatively straightforward matter of employee/employer. An employee signs a contract. If he breaks it, his employer has no duty to keep him. Politicians seem to forget they are employees of We the People. At least they are intended to be.

Members of Congress have the power to forgive some of the lesser offenders, but they seem not to be required to do so. And it takes quite a large majority of both Houses to forgive oath/contract-breaking.

It appears to me that if Congress simply decides not to vote to forgive anyone, or fails to do so, then all those who have broken their contracts (and it is not difficult to determine who they are, since they boast of it on a regular basis) are automatically out of a job, and should turn in their badges and keys. This is an elegant, non-violent solution to an otherwise daunting problem.

This will allow superior candidates to apply for the positions vacated by the contract-breakers, in order that the business of the country can continue relatively undisturbed. If we have fewer politicians than usual for a few months, it is still better than having so many who have endangered the Constitution.

This removal of inferior employees seems to be a Constitutional imperative, and a Constitutional right. Why are We the People not demanding it?
