'SiCKO' features the harrowing story of Carol Ann Reyes, one of many unfortunate souls dumped on Los Angeles' Skid Row because they couldn't pay their hospital bill. Union Rescue Mission helped Carol Ann, and they continue help the less fortunate in that city every day.
