Jesse Lava is a campaign director at Brave New Foundation. There he runs Beyond Bars, which produces videos and graphics to curb mass incarceration. Previously a political campaign staffer and communications strategist, his work has covered areas including climate change, campaign finance, and economic justice. Jesse was also founding director of Faithful Democrats. He has a master's in public policy from Harvard and a bachelor's in government from Wesleyan University.
