Blogger Profile: Darrell Bouldin
Darrell Bouldin is an activist and organizer. He is the founder of Coffee Party Progressives, an independent national network of progressives. He is also the founder of a grassroots group of citizen activists in his city. He volunteers with various progressive & social justice causes. He serves on the board of the Tennessee Alliance for Progress, and on the Steering Committee for the Emerging Changemakers Network. Among his heroes are Gandhi, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and Amma the Hugging Saint. He is a lifelong Tennessean, raised in a village of less than two hundred. His dream is of building a better world such as expressed as the global Beloved Community spoken of by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: a society free of war, poverty, and racism.
